As the founder of Target Oxbridge, Naomi presents the Target Oxbridge Podcast and has also presented at various industry events such as Black Tech Fest on data, algorithms and diversity.

Naomi has provided sessions for businesses on the importance of diversity, equality and inclusion strategies and representation. This has included workshops during Black History Month attended by training and development organisations.
