Naomi has been invited to speak at some of the UK's most esteemed institutions. She has recently spoken on the topic of retention of Black talent within corporate culture at the UN Global Compact Network UK.

She can provide expert insight by delivering keynote speeches and leading panels at events, symposiums, staff away days and conferences.

Presenter

As the founder of Target Oxbridge, Naomi presents the Target Oxbridge Podcast and has also presented at various industry events such as Black Tech Fest on data, algorithms and diversity.

Consultant

Naomi has provided sessions for businesses on the importance of diversity, equality and inclusion strategies and representation. This has included workshops during Black History Month attended by training and development organisations.
